About 1/2 of the panels in the studio were in a show this past spring or are scheduled for exhibition this summer. The remaining panels with the exception of about 15 have been put under tarps and will not be touched until July 15, 2013. I wanted a fresh start of sorts. An attempt to think a little differently about what has been happening in the studio. I do not anticipate moving away from the panel format, and would hope that whatever happens in the next year will marry up nicely with the older panels. We shall see.
With the 15 or so panels that were left out of the tarp pile I have been slicing and dicing on the table saw. Something I've wanted to do for awhile. I wanted to leave some panels available for experimentation while I worked on some newer stuff. This may be my last blog post for a few weeks/months. I want to just see how things develop.
