Here are some random shots from what happened in the studio the past few days

I used to work with paper on the ground and liked some of the effects that would result from the pooling paint, etc. Multiple binder clamps on the back wood panels do a good job of bracing the configuration up while I work on it. Looking forward to seeing how it dried over night.

  1. I know that we've discussed this in the past, but there is something quite satisfying about seeing the artist's studio space and the chaos that surrounds {is created by} the creative process. Very cool, I love the color combinations that you're creating in these pieces. And seeing the process is exciting. You're making me want to paint! I am looking forward to finishing the floor so I can actually make some art.

  2. I've agreed to that statement many times in the past and continue to do so. I loved the downtown studio we shared for both the direct exchange of ideas and the subtle observed exchanges that occured without a spoken dialogue. Seeing your space develop has been exciting, can't wait to see you get it a little dirty from working in it!
